Annexe Four Floor Plan
Annexe Four is the latest addition to the Business Park and was officially opened in 2002. Consisting of 12 office suites over three floors, with front and rear access, the building is fully serviced. Each floor is supported by a kitchenette, male, female and disabled toilet facilities. On the ground floor there is a shower room for tenants.
Offices range in size from 539 ft2 to 855 ft2.
